Thrive Leaders Network

In 2022, The Kresge Foundation launched the Thrive Leaders Network to support the leadership and well-being of 40 leaders over one year.

Thrive combines an unrestricted award with programming for a network of national leaders from college access, success and pathways-focused organizations to support personal learning and leadership development. Participants are proximate to the populations Kresge serves, including Black and Latino/a youth and youth experiencing poverty.

In addition to each leader’s unrestricted award, the program also offered executive coach matching, virtual programming, in-person gatherings and communications tools to foster community and fuel the sharing of best practices.

This page offers a chance to meet each leader, to learn about their work, their values-driven leadership, and their steadfast focus on their organizational mission.
