Leonor García Guerra is Executive Director for ColaborativoPR, a non-profit corporation with federal and state tax exemption, in charge of the organization’s evolvement and growth, from a collective initiative to its incorporation. Today, ColaborativoPR is the only non-profit College Access and Success providing services for low income & first generation in Puerto Rico and working towards systemic change.

Before becoming the Executive Director, Leonor worked for three years as Director of Strategy and Programs for one of the founding Foundations of ColaboartivoPR’s initiative, Titin Foundation. Titin Foundation was a new Foundation, together with the Board of Directors and Executive Director, Leonor led the planning process for the development of its mission, programmatic structure and strategic plan. Leonor’s prior experience to returning to the philanthropic sector was with Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, the largest financial institution in the Island, occupying various posts during her 14 years working there. Leonor holds an M.A. in Industrial Psychology from Universidad Carlos Albizu, Puerto Rico and a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
