Thrive Leaders Network

In 2022, The Kresge Foundation launched the Thrive Leaders Network with a grant of $500,000 to support the leadership and well-being of 40 leaders of color over one year.

In addition to each leader’s unrestricted award, the program also offered executive coach matching, virtual programming, in-person gatherings and communications tools to foster community and fuel the sharing of best practices.

This page offers a chance to meet each leader, to learn about their work, their values-driven leadership, and their steadfast focus on their organizational mission.
