Through our Field Building focus area, we prioritize supporting and strengthening leaders and organizations whose work is critical to addressing climate change while advancing racial and economic justice.

Objectives:

• Support national and regional peer-learning and peer-influence networks that center equity in climate work.
• Support organizations that help public sector leaders deepen their practice at the intersection of racial equity and climate change and that work effectively in partnership with public-sector leaders or bridge between public-sector and community-based leaders.

How We Work:

To achieve these outcomes, we deploy a blend of grants, social investments, and market-rate investments.
