Four philanthropic institutions including The Kresge Foundation have committed resources to launch the Community Investment Guarantee Facility (CIGF) to accelerate community investment in the United States. Kresge’s Social Investment Practice is requesting proposals for a Program Manager that will also serve as a Servicer for the Facility.
