This document serves as a sample Form Grant Agreement between The Kresge Foundation and a grantee organization that will be receiving grant funding. This Form Grant Agreement is illustrative of what such an agreement could look like. It provides a general structure of such an agreement grantees are expected to enter into prior to receiving grant funds. The grant agreement makes explicit the mutual expectations of the grantor and grantee. We are sharing this sample grant agreement so that partner organizations have the opportunity to review and understand how Kresge structures these contractual relationships. In 2019, the Foundation revised its grant agreement to add a non-discrimination provision.
