The Kresge Foundation strives to working alongside and support partner organizations that reflect and promote diversity, equity and inclusion into their work, governance boards and staff. This document outlines the Foundation’s non-discrimination and screening policies for grantee organizations with which we partner. It also details requirements for grantees to comply with applicable non-discrimination laws and to take affirmative actions to ensure fair employment practices.
