Senior Program Officer Michelle Johnson and Associate Program Officer Christopher LeFlore have joined Kresge’s Detroit Program. Johnson joined Kresge in 2006 and has supported several national Program teams – including Arts & Culture, Health and Human Services. LeFlore has been promoted to Associate Program Officer for the Detroit Program after joining the foundation in 2021 as special assistant to the president. Erica Browne has been promoted to a Health Program Senior Program Officer. Browne joined the foundation in 2021 and supports the team’s commitment to racial equity, community-driven solutions and investments that advance health equity. Alejandra Hernandez and Kevin Washington have been promoted to Associate Program Officers within the Environment Program and American Cities Program, respectively. Katharine McLaughlin was promoted to Senior Communications Officer in the External Affairs and Communications department and Devanshi Malaviya was promoted to Investment Associate In Kresge’s Investment Office. In addition, several new staff have joined the foundation in January including: Charnita Carr as Legal/IT Assistant Jason Robinson as Data Application Engineer Richard Yang as Senior Accountant & Tax Specialist “These promotions and new hire announcements reflect a continuing commitment to invest in our people,” said President and CEO Rip Rapson. “That is inviolable because it is only by investing in our staff that we continue to evolve and to get stronger.”
