Five other operations staff members earn new job titles, promotions; new hire welcomed

The Kresge Foundation is pleased to announce that Financial Planning & Analysis Director Nikita Miller has been promoted to also manage the foundation’s facilities department. In her expanded role, Miller will manage building operations, maintenance and workplace services, while retaining oversight of the foundation’s financial planning and analysis function, a position she has held since 2018.

Prior to joining Kresge, Nikita served as director of financial analysis at the United Auto Workers’ Retiree Medical Benefits Trust, where she was involved with budgeting, management reporting and analytics. She also held positions with General Motors Corporation and Wells Fargo Advisors.

“Nikita has extensive experience managing people and working with engineers from her time at the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust and at General Motors and has partnered closely with Kresge’s Facilities team since joining the foundation in 2018,” said Amy Robinson, Kresge Foundation Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. “Nikita’s strategic planning skills and project management background, which are central to financial planning and analysis, will also be pivotal in leading a team that has been on the frontlines of implementing new workplace procedures during the pandemic and are leaders in sustainable facilities.”

In addition, several Kresge operational staff members were promoted this month. They include:

  • Alison Elgass is now Investment Associate in the Investment Office.
  • Alejandro Herrera is now Senior Graphic Designer in the External Affairs and Communications Department.
  • Danielle McDonald is now Workplace Services Coordinator in the Facilities Department.
  • Evrard Ndongmo is now Investment Associate in the Investment Office.
  • Viktoria Palushaj is now Senior Grants Management Associate in the Grants Management Department.

The foundation also recently welcomed Devanshi Malviya as an Investment Risk and Operations Analyst. Malviya joins the foundation from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she recently earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and a minor in Mathematics.

“These promotions and new hire announcement reflect our continuing commitment to invest in our people,” said President and CEO Rip Rapson. “That is inviolable because it is only by investing in our staff that we continue to evolve and to get stronger.”
