Through our Field Building focus area, we prioritize supporting and strengthening leaders and organizations whose work is critical to addressing climate change while advancing racial and economic justice.

Objectives:

• Provide leadership and organizational effectiveness support for Kresge grantee partners.
• Support national and regional organizations and networks that contribute critical strategy, expertise, connectivity, services and financial resources to the climate justice movement.

How We Work:

To achieve these outcomes, we deploy a blend of grants, social investments and market-rate investments.
