Stephanie Davison is a senior program officer on the Programs team at The Kresge Foundation, where she champions efforts that strengthen social sector talent and leadership. Additionally, she guides and facilitates projects and efforts across teams to drive alignment, innovation, and impact throughout the foundation’s program areas.

Stephanie joined Kresge in 2018 as a program officer in the Human Services program, which advances social and economic mobility through an applied racial equity lens and a two-generation whole-family approach.

A throughline of Stephanie’s career is her deep commitment to partnering with communities to build brighter futures. She has led and supported initiatives spanning juvenile justice reform, youth development, and workforce advancement, working alongside community-based organizations, corporate social responsibility departments, and federal agencies including the U.S. Departments of Labor, Justice, and Education.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Mercyhurst University and a Master of Public Affairs from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, Bloomington.
