Sam Kiyomi Turner is program coordinator at The Kresge Foundation. Sam supports Kresge’s Executive Office, Strategic Learning, Research and Evaluation and the Opportunity Fund. He joined the foundation in 2019.
Previously, Sam served as program director for an urban farm and food justice academy in New Orleans. He has also been a strategy and development consultant for various nonprofits in New York.
Sam earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Tulane University.
