Jennifer R. Jaramillo is the deputy to the president for talent and organizational development at The Kresge Foundation. She is responsible for creating and implementing the talent and organizational development strategy at Kresge. She joined the foundation in 2016.
Previously Jennifer worked for more than 14 years with Accenture where, as strategy senior manager, she co-led the organization’s Global Talent Professional Community. She also worked with the venture philanthropy firm REDF and the Aparajitha Foundation in India where she developed scaling models for social enterprises.
A native of Detroit, she earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan’s School of Engineering and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
