Heather Kilgore is the payroll and benefits coordinator at The Kresge Foundation. She supports the payroll, benefit and wellness program administration for Kresge staff. She joined the foundation in 2011. She has also served as Kresge’s human resources office coordinator, assisting recruitment and coordination of new talent, and as the records management assistant, involved with the archiving and filing of historic records and documents.
Previously, she worked as a Community Captain at Best Buy, developing community and volunteering opportunities, and taught third and fourth grade at Lakeshore Presbyterian Church in St. Clair Shores, Mich.
A native of Los Angeles, she earned a bachelor of arts in English literature, with concentrations in British literature and Spanish language and literature, from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Mich.
