Communities across the U.S. are increasingly experiencing property damage, health challenges and safety hazards due to flooding and extreme heat. To help combat the effects of climate change, Kresge’s partner River Network has developed a new step-by-step guide titled Tools for Equitable Climate Resilience: Fostering Community-Led Research and Knowledge. This report outlines how to effectively engage with community members to understand climate impacts and to develop more equitable resilience strategies. River Network will host a webinar on March 8 to introduce the toolkit.
