Renewed interest in urban living is helping revive neighborhoods in numerous American cities. New demand and investment are also driving up housing costs, particularly in areas that have historically been affordable to low- and moderate-income individuals and families.

With Kresge support, the nonprofit ChangeLab Solutions developed a guide to help practitioners and community advocates working at the intersection of housing and health preserve and expand the number of affordable rental housing options in high-demand neighborhoods.
