By the end of this decade, nearly half of the current community college presidents will likely be retired. The Aspen Institute and Achieving the Dream have researched the qualities of community college presidents who have led institutions to high levels of student success. This Kresge-funded report calls for an overhaul of recruitment and hiring to reflect those values in a new leadership cohort.
