The Climate Change, Health & Equity (CCHE) Initiative Final Evaluation Report outlines the progress and impact of Kresge’s CCHE initiative. The $30 million effort aims to advance climate policies and solutions that benefit low-wealth communities and communities of color, reducing their climate-related health risks over the long term.
