In this short case study, learn how and why the Kresge Social Investment Practice made an investment in Capital Impact Partners (CIP). This 2016 program-related investment loan will allow CIP to partner with the Memphis Medical District Collaborative to raise a flexible debt fund to support real estate development, small-business development and transit-oriented investment in the district.
