Viktoria Palushaj

Viktoria Palushaj is a senior grants management associate at The Kresge Foundation. She supports the Detroit program at Kresge. She joined the foundation in 2017.

Before joining Kresge, she started her career in portfolio management where her responsibilities included understanding the global impact of financial market developments and providing investment research. More recently she served as an analyst monitoring marketing initiatives and identifying business risks and opportunities at a multinational corporation.

A native of Detroit, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Oakland University.
