Shineen Austin is the facilities, financial planning and analysis and general team assistant at The Kresge Foundation. She joined the foundation in 2022.
Previously, Shineen worked for Janssen Pharmaceuticals as an executive assistant to four regional business directors and their respective therapeutic field operations teams. She started her career as a paralegal working for companies such as Detroit Medical Center and Detroit Edison.
A native of metro Detroit, Shineen attended Wilberforce University in Xenia, Ohio and earned a certificate in paralegal studies from the Southfield campus of Academy of Court reporting.
