Shaifali Sood

Shaifali Sood is the data application engineer at The Kresge Foundation and supports the designing, documenting, implementing and maintaining of all processes, procedures and practices related to Kresge’s data collection, structures and storage. She joined the foundation in 2024. Previously Shaifali served as a software developer and analytics engineer at General Motors, where she was involved in supporting engineers and working with vehicle safety data.

She has also held positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Tata Consultancy Service.

As a native of metro Detroit, she earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Oakland University.
