Sarah E. Traxler

Sarah Traxler is the director of the executive office at The Kresge Foundation. Sarah provides multi-faceted support to the President and CEO and members of the Board of Trustees while coordinating special initiatives with Kresge staff and foundation partners.

Sarah joined the foundation in 2023. Previously, Sarah spent several years as Vice President at McKenna, where she consulted with local units of government throughout the Midwest, providing comprehensive land use and community and economic development professional services.

A native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology, with honors, from the University of California at Santa Cruz and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan.
