Kevin Gray

Kevin Gray is a program officer with the American Cities Program.

Before joining Kresge in 2022, Kevin was a senior project and program manager with the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA), managing NORA’s strategic land acquisition, affordable housing and commercial development financing and grant programs.

Prior to working at NORA, Kevin was the director of real estate development for New Kensington Community Development Corporation in Philadelphia, where he oversaw the organization’s real estate planning and development, including affordable housing, mixed-use, adaptive reuse and brownfields. Kevin also served as a vice president at Citi Community Capital, Citibank’s Community Development Construction Finance Division in New York City.

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Kevin is a graduate of Fordham University and has a master’s degree in urban planning from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
