Kelly Bailiff

Kelly Bailiff (she/her) is the executive assistant to the VP, CFO, Chief Administrative Officer, and to the General Counsel at The Kresge Foundation. She joined the foundation in 2025.

Previously, she served as a consultant at Accenture where her work spanned various aspects of project management, including change management, training strategy, and development.

Kelly also held positions with the Alzheimer’s Association where she played a vital role in supporting the administration and growth of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s program.

A native of Ferndale, Michigan, she earned a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University and a Master of Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.
