Social Investment Practice
Julie A. Bagley is the social investment assistant for the Social Investment Practice at The Kresge Foundation.
She joined the foundation in 2013, and previously served as the communications assistant for the External Affairs & Communications team and has helped to champion the foundation’s efforts to expand diversity, equity and inclusion.
Prior to joining Kresge, Julie worked for the U.S. Census Bureau in the Census Coverage Measurement department during the 2010 Census, which measured the data quality and effectiveness of the decennial census. She also worked for the Jewish Community Center of Greater Ann Arbor, Samaritas and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan.
Julie earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from Michigan State University. She served on the board of The Well, an organization dedicated to building inclusive Jewish experiences for young adults in Metro Detroit, and she was a member of Leadership Oakland Class XXX, a program for regional leaders that focuses on creating awareness of key issues affecting Oakland County.
