Jenny M. Garnica-Bermejo

Jenny M. Garnica-Bermejo is the talent and human resources assistant at The Kresge Foundation. She joined the foundation in 2025.

Previously, Jenny worked at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan as an HR assistant, where she supported recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and staff engagement activities.

She has also held multiple roles at the Southwest Detroit Business Association, including accounting bookkeeper and administrative manager. Additionally, Jenny served as the BID manager at the West Vernor & Springwells Business Improvement District (BID), where she led strategic initiatives to support local small business development and community engagement.

A Michigan native, Jenny earned an associate degree in business with a focus in accounting from Henry Ford College.
