Jeni Norman is the director of portfolio management for The Kresge Foundation’s Social Investment Practice, overseeing the team managing a portfolio of more than 100 program-related investments.
Jeni previously served as the vice president of finance and administration at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan (CFSEM) where she managed finance operations. Prior to joining CFSEM, she was the chief financial officer for Detroit’s M-1 RAIL (also known as the QLINE) during design, construction and early operations phases of the project. Earlier in her career, she was a senior manager with the Rehmann Group, providing assurance services to government and nonprofit organizations, and prior to that served as director of accounting and financial reporting for Wayne County, Michigan.
Jeni earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Adrian College. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).
