Jacquelynn Y. Orr (she/her) is a senior program officer with the Health Program at The Kresge Foundation. Jacquelynn manages a portfolio of grants that advance Health team strategies to achieve health equity and promote community health and well-being. She joined the foundation in 2023.

Previously, Jacquelynn worked for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton, NJ as a program officer for Research-Evaluation-Learning (REL), where she served as a strategic partner for the Transforming Health and Healthcare Systems team and directed programmatic and fiscal oversight for grants totaling over $50 million in funding.

Jacquelynn has also held management, fellowship and internship positions within healthcare systems, medical centers and hospitals in Philadelphia, PA, Mechanicsburg, PA, Princeton, NJ, Brooklyn, NY, St. Louis, MO, Chicago, IL and Crown Point, IN.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Jacquelynn earned a Doctor of Public Health from Drexel University, a Master of Health Administration from Saint Louis University and a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University of Louisiana.
