Diana Karditsas

Diana Karditsas is a senior talent and organizational development specialist at The Kresge Foundation, where she supports the advancement of initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and organizational development. She joined the foundation in 2026. 

Previously, Diana built a diverse career spanning philanthropy, academia and the manufacturing and information technology sectors. Her experience includes talent management, career and leadership development, organizational development, and human resource roles at Hewlett-Packard and Electronic Data Systems. She has also taught nationally recognized professional and career development courses at Oakland University. 

A Michigan native, Diana is passionate about cultivating employee growth and development through a creative, people-centered approach. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University.
