Debra Kozole

Debra Kozole is an investment director at The Kresge Foundation. Debra supports the investment office and is focused on private markets including private equity, real estate and natural resources. She joined the Foundation in 2022.

Previously, Debra served as manager of domestic equities at Stellantis, where she contributed to the investment strategy for the company’s pension funds and employee savings plans. She also managed the private equity portfolio for the global automaker.

As a native of Clarkston, Michigan, Debra earned a Master of Business Administration in accounting and finance from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Wayne State University.
