Cynthia Guerrero

Cynthia Guerrero (she/her) is a Fellow at The Kresge Foundation, where she supports the Education Program. She joined the foundation in 2024. Before joining Kresge, Cynthia worked for The Academy Group in Chicago, where she was involved in streamlining administrative and operational support.

Previously she worked as an English Teaching Assistant in Peru as a Fulbright Scholar and contributed to the Advocacy and External Affairs teams at Arnold Ventures in Washington, D.C. Cynthia’s efforts lie in improving access to higher education and opportunities for students from historically marginalized backgrounds.

Originally from Chicago, IL, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology/Sociology from Denison University.
