Analicia D. Bañales-Feuille (she/her/hers) is a fellow for the American Cities Program at The Kresge Foundation. Analicia supports the implementation of the program’s strategy to conduct place-based philanthropy and cross-team collaborative efforts to advance the foundation’s work nationally and on-the-ground in American cities. She joined the foundation in 2024.

Previously, Analicia worked in the provost’s office at The University of Texas at El Paso as a member of the faculty affairs division, where she developed and executed strategies to recognize instructors incorporating the institution’s student success framework. Analicia started her career in public service as an intern for Texas State Senate District 29 followed by formative roles as an AmeriCorps VISTA, a Gregory Luna Scholar at the Texas State Senate, and a Bill Emerson National Hunger Fellow. She has since served in pivotal roles at nonprofit organizations and across the public sector where her work has focused on advancing equity and inclusion by advocating for racial and economic justice through intentional community engagement.

A native Texan, Analicia grew up in Corpus Christi, and she has lived and traveled extensively throughout the Lone Star State and the Desert Southwest. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from The University of Texas at El Paso.
