Connecting equitable practices across sectors

We work to fortify an enabling environment that connects creative practices and drives systems change while recognizing the challenges communities of color face are too large to solve on our own.

Our Approach

We work across sectors with philanthropic partners, including Kresge programs and others, to embed culture and creativity into initiatives designed to promote racial justice and accelerate systems change. We:

• Invest in funder collaboratives, cross-sector initiatives and national intermediaries to advance creative problem-solving and place-keeping in racial, power-building and economic justice initiatives.
• Support Kresge cross-team national initiatives that advance opportunities for people of color in cities.
