We work to support the care and strengthen networks of creative practitioners, cultural strategists and community leaders who are centering community voice and agency in cross-sector local and national initiatives.

Our Approach

We support practitioners, artists, culture bearers and cultural strategists who are driving change. In this focus area, we support targeted initiatives that:

• Invest in resilience and renewal of creative practitioners advancing equity (e.g., racial, climate, economic and housing justice).
• Support creative practitioners and cultural strategists working on centering community voices and agency in local and national initiatives.
