With more than two decades of financial services experience, Kozole has broad experience in managing private equity and debt. Kozole most recently served as a manager of domestic equities at Stellantis, where she managed a $2.5 billion portfolio of diversified private equity investments. Throughout her career, Kozole has deployed more than $4.4 billion of capital commitments across more than a hundred funds. “Debra’s extensive experience adds strength and time-tested know-how to Kresge’s Investment Office, which has never been more important than now,” said Vice President and Chief Investment Officer Rob Manilla. Kozole earned a Master of Business Administration in accounting and finance from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Wayne State University.
