Share Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Email The Kresge Foundation has unveiled its new cloud-based, digital grants management software, Fluxx, which will streamline the application, reporting and disbursement processes, and enhance communications with its hundreds of grantee partners. The software switch will enable grantseekers and current grantees to easily apply for grants, submit reporting requirements and payment information and access real-time status updates about their proposals. “We’re thrilled that after nearly a year of work, our Fluxx platform is now open for our partners to explore,” said Marcus McGrew, Kresge’s director of grants management. “We hope they find it easy to navigate and use and robust in the kind of information it puts right at their fingertips.” Grantees may access the new portal by visiting http://kresge.fluxx.io using the Google Chrome browser. A Fluxx app also is available for portal access on mobile devices (iOS and Android). All active Kresge grantees received Fluxx log-in instructions today, as well as a new user resource guide. Grantees with questions about using the system are encouraged to email [email protected]. A Fluxx technical assistance webinar will be offered in August — stay tuned to Kresge.org for further details. Internally, the new software will automate the grant-making work flow for Kresge staff and allow access to a wide array of data sets, including grants dating back to the foundation’s founding in 1924.
