For its new fourth cohort, The BUILD Health Challenge is looking to support up to 19 innovative community collaboratives from across the U.S. that are ready to put Bold, Upstream, Integrated, Local, Data-Driven plans into action. With a specific focus on strengthening partnerships between community-based organizations, hospitals and health systems, health plans, local health departments and residents, BUILD awards are designed to support collaborations working to address upstream challenges and drive sustainable improvements in community health.
