Siyaphumelela 3.0 builds upon reform efforts pioneered in both the United States and South Africa and, by expanding to nearly 80% of the country’s universities, aims to nationalize evidence-based student success goals to increase South Africa’s overall postsecondary attainment rate and, ultimately, enhance individual social mobility and South Africa’s overall prosperity.
