The Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation uses its resources to understand the problems contributing to poverty in Arkansas and to develop a long-term action plan to address the underlying issues. This multiyear grant provides project support, in partnership with Winthrop Rockefeller and other foundations, to the National Rural Funders Collaborative, which seeks to alleviate poverty, create wealth, and achieve equity in rural America.
