The Urban Institute identifies, measures, assesses and evaluates responses to social problems such as segregation and poverty. For one year, support will be provided to launch the Detroit Neighborhood Housing Compact (Compact) in collaboration with Detroit Future City. Together, the organizations will develop and scale multifaceted strategies that address the core components of a healthy housing market in Detroit.
