The organization, formerly known as the Michigan League for Human Services, is a strong supporter of health care policy reform and serves as the lead agency for the Michigan Consumers for Healthcare, an alliance working to ensure the Affordable Care Act meets the needs of Michigan’s most vulnerable populations. This grant helps the league and other coalition members develop a unified consumer voice to promote affordable, accessible, quality health care for everyone in the state.
