The Michigan Association of State Universities (MASU) serves as the coordinating board for Michigan’s 15 public universities, providing advocacy and fostering policy to maximize the collective value these institutions provide. This three-year grant will enable MASU to hire a full-time director to lead its student success initiatives and to explore new strategic opportunities to improve college attainment outcomes statewide. The new director will serve as a liaison to and active collaborator with other organizations working to improve statewide postsecondary attainment, including the Michigan College Access Network, the Michigan Center for Student Success at the Michigan Community College Association, and the Michigan Department of Education.
