The Low Income Investment Fund is a steward for capital invested in community-building initiatives that provides a bridge between private capital markets and low income neighborhoods. This grant supports LIIF as the administrator of the Strong, Prosperous And Resilient Communities Challenge (SPARCC). SPARCC is an initiative of Enterprise Community Partners, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and the Natural Resources Defense Council with support of Ford Foundation, The Kresge Foundation, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Cities and regions selected as part of SPARCC will access grant, programmatic and technical assistance support with access to financing capital.
