The agency offers a continuum of housing, medical-care, education and job-training support to help youth who are homeless move off the streets and reclaim their lives. It is using a two-year grant to enhance its organizational effectiveness and resilience, in part by developing an integrated education and employment program geared toward creating long-term career pathways and economic security so that the youth never experience homelessness again.
