The human-rights advocacy and assistance organization provides direct care for survivors of torture and violent conflict and trains partners worldwide to rehabilitate victims and work to end torture. Through this three-year field-building grant, the center is studying the feasibility of a coordinated, partnership-based model for treating refugees with serious mental illness that couples mental health case management with associated health and social services on site at a primary care clinic.
