This project support grant advances Center for Neighborhood Technology’s research to document the impact of green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) on property values across U.S. cities. It is anticipated that this research will incite more dialogue on the use and merits of GSI in municipalities, as well as fill a large gap in the field. This work aligns with the Environment Team’s Climate Resilience and Equitable Water Systems (CREWS) strategy that is focused on providing cities evidence to make the case for climate-smart water management solutions.
