The center improves the lives of low-income people by developing and advocating for federal, state and local policies to strengthen families and create pathways to postsecondary education and work. The center co-manages the Benefits Access for College Completion initiative and is using this three-year grant to support a learning community that is developing sustainable policies and practices to help all eligible students connect with the public benefits to which they are entitled.
