Through its wide-ranging research, programs, projects and partnerships, the nonprofit coalition supports energy efficiency as a cost-effective energy resource and advocates policies that minimize costs and reduce greenhouse-gas emissions. Assisted by this two-year grant, the alliance is developing a model for the evaluation, measurement and verification of current and next-generation energy-efficiency policies and programs.
