Gianna DiLisio-Perez

Gianna DiLisio-Perez (she/her) is a senior human resources specialist at The Kresge Foundation. Gianna supports human resources information systems, payroll, and benefits operations at Kresge.  

Prior to joining in 2026, Gianna developed a strong foundation in HR technology and process optimization within the technology consulting and mortgage industries. 

A native of Southeast Michigan, she earned a bachelor’s of science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources Management from Oakland University. Gianna also holds a professional in human resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
